Recognition award to “Preventive performance of the auxiliary Company 2017” delivered to Resa Group for his collaboration of prevention matters in the Navantia Project – USS Navy – Naval Base of Rota.
During the past “Prevention Days in the centers of Navantia” of the past April 28, 2018, Navantia presented the Awards to the Auxiliary Industry (AI), after a complex evaluation process, where an auxiliary company of each center was valued, thus promoting the involvement of AI in Preventive tasks. These companies were chosen, in the words of Navantia’s spokesperson, for standing out throughout the year in its faithful commitment to Prevention.
In the evaluation of each participant, the following parameters are taken into account, among others: discrepancies detected in preventive observations, accident, personal involvement, compliance in use of PPE´s, etc.
Members of the Syndicates attended the delivery ceremony, USS Navy Chief of Program, Don Humberto Martínez, the head of Production, Don Manuel Díaz de la Herrán, as well as the Director of the Reparations Unit San Fernando-Cádiz, Don Joaquín Hernández Rocha, and the Head of the Department of Prevention of Navantia at nationwide, Doña Charo Castañeda.
Resa Group was very pleased with the prize for “Preventive Performance of the Auxiliary Company” for the work done in 2017 for Navantia within the USS Navy Project – Naval Base of Rota. Quite an achievement if one takes into account that this has been the second consecutive year in which we received this recognition, after being the best company rated by the valuation system; fact that did not go unnoticed by Project Director Humberto Martínez, who stated that this would be a strong reason for future hiring.
This system of recognitions has three years from its start-up, and it coincides with the time Resa Group has been participating in the Project.
