Shoring

Shoring is an auxiliary structure that serves to support the weight of another structure during the construction or rehabilitation phase. The load capacity of our vertical elements allows them to act as shoring columns, bracing them with beams and diagonals. The formwork assemblies follow these phases: structure and crowning. After the assembly of the entire support structure, the fork spindles are placed, which allow the placement of wooden planks or metal profiles.

Facade stabilizers

Facade stabilizers

Current legislative requirements include the regulatory protection of buildings of architectural or historical importance. The façade stabilizer allows us to conserve the façade while the interior of the building is partially or completely demolished and replaced. The Stabilizer is composed of elements of our Resablok Multidirectional System, and it is also common to use concrete cubes as counterweights to provide greater stability to the structure.

Using the elements of the Resablok system, we generate crossings for both pedestrians and construction workers. Also footbridges, overpasses, bridge accesses, etc. The characteristic phases of bridge and footbridge assemblies are: support towers, reinforcement and progression. Towers that will serve as pillars for the projected bridge are designed and built. The variety of Resablok System elements allows us to adapt to any dimension and load condition. Heat-shrinkable tarpaulin

A space protected with our sheeting constitutes a highly resistant, dry, safe working area that allows work to be carried out in the most adverse weather conditions. The process begins by temporarily fixing the sheets to the scaffolding. Once the entire surface is covered, heat is simply applied by means of heat guns, causing the sheet to retract, which acquires its full strength and tension in a few seconds.
