Creation of the subsidiary in Peru to provide services for the expansion and modernization project of the Talara refinery.

Resa Gulf Scaffolding, a subsidiary in Saudi Arabia, is experiencing strong growth in the market, thanks to its participation in the Sadara petrochemical megaproject, located in Jubail.

Distribution and technical support agreement in Kuwait with R & E Petroleum.

2016

Resa Prezioso Servicios Industriales is born, the joint venture that Grupo Resa creates with the French company Prezioso Linjebygg to provide industrial services in the Iberian Peninsula.

Resa Egypt is established with local partners to meet the demand of future investment projects in the country.

Through its subsidiary, Euro Resa Gibraltar Ltd., Grupo Resa begins to provide services in the main shipyard of the Gibdock colony and other construction projects.

2015

Completion of the internal development of Resa Global Management – RGM, a multiplatform software that encompasses the registration and control of all services related to the production activity.

Approval of the MC-10 work platform by the New York City Department of Design and Construction.

2014

The King Abdulaziz Centre for World Culture project stands as the group’s greatest achievement in Saudi Arabia. More than 2,000 tons of Resablok Scaffolding supplied and more than 1.2 million working hours without safety incidents.

Grupo Resa becomes the sole awardee of the scaffolding contract for the expansion project of MATSA, Mina de Aguas Teñidas SAU, with an initial budget of 400M€.

2013

CEPSA awards Euro Resa, the Group’s main service company, the Framework Contract for Scaffolding Assembly, Use and Dismantling Services for the next few years.

With the support of its main customer and distributor in the country, Poh Wah Group, Resa Group approves and certifies its MC-36/15 and MC-10 work platforms for use in Singapore.

Establishment of a new subsidiary in Brazil and penetration in Azerbaijan.

2012

New office in the Republic of Senegal for representation in West Africa.

Expanded coverage in Bahrain and other Gulf countries.

Obtained Aramco Certification for RESABLOK Multidirectional Scaffolding and the provision of services in Saudi Arabia.

Incorporation of the subsidiary in Portugal, participating in the expansion of the Sines refinery with Técnicas Reunidas, among others.

Consolidation of subsidiary in Damman, Saudi Arabia.

Participation in Repsol’s C-10 project in Cartagena. Opening of headquarters in Chile. Maintenance contract in Italy for the GNL Adriatic floating terminal.

Participation in the Mejillones LNG project, Chile for Técnicas Reunidas.

Continuation of the International Expansion Plan, with the creation of service companies in Romania, Italy, Saudi Arabia and Colombia.

Opening of a new factory in Fei Cheng (China) to cover the Asian market.

Creation of a Joint Venture with the British company CAPE PLC, for the provision of industrial services in North Africa and Latin America.

2007

Expansion of the structure of national delegations with openings in Mallorca, Cuenca, Cantabria and joint ventures oriented to the rental of motorized scaffolding.

Signing of framework contracts with the main construction companies in our country (Dragados, Acciona, etc.) and with Cepsa for maintenance works and new projects in all its refineries.

2004

Purchase of the Mobility and Autonomy Factory (Córdoba), officially classified as a Special Employment Center, which becomes the company’s second manufacturing center.

2002

Engineering support, supply and assembly in Spanish shipyards, participating in the most important naval constructions carried out in Spain. Full industrial consolidation, creating delegations in Huelva, Algeciras and Cadiz.

Beginning of the internationalization of the business with the incorporation of FAME in Cuba and export operations in various markets (USA, UK, Denmark, Brazil, Asia, etc.)
