Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation

Intervention on the building stock is inevitable, inside and outside the national territory. Obsolescence and lack of energy efficiency are the main reasons why Resa Group plans actions on all types of facades, interiors, bridges and unique buildings, an activity that we have been carrying out uninterruptedly for almost 40 years. Due to their compatibility, all Resa Group solutions can naturally coexist within these projects.

Industry

Industry

The change in the industrial production model also requires changes in manufacturing and maintenance systems, which must integrate technologies such as IoT, artificial intelligence or 5G, among others, to become dynamic systems. The intervention of Resa Group in large Spanish and international projects such as cement plants, ports, and various plants, make us a regular partner in the most relevant projects within the sector.

Offshore

Offshore

The gradual reduction of oil and gas reserves both onshore and offshore at reduced depths has forced engineers to search for resources offshore and at great depths. Resa Group has extensive experience in the construction and rehabilitation of deepwater platforms, offshore platforms, using both multidirectional scaffolding systems and heat-shrinkable tarpaulin that ensures the encapsulation of the elements affected in the work.
